If you have forgotten your password, please follow the instructions below and depending on how to use the Desktop Client for a smooth reset.
In the Browser
To Start, Navigate to Easymeeting.net.
Once on the main page, go to the top right hand corner and click that says "Web Client Login".
This will bring you to the Log In page for the Desktop Client.
*(You could also use this URL for the Future or Bookmark it as well)* https://client.easymeeting.net/
Once on the Login In page you will select the "Forgot Password" button.
Then Enter in your email address that is linked to your account. The username to Log In is actually the email which you would need to reset to in case you forgot.
Once you have enter in your email address and click okay, you will see this message.
In your email inbox you should have a email from us to reset your password.
Make sure to use an Uppercase Letter, Number, and Symbol in your passwords for best protection.

Desktop Client Downloaded
Open the Easymeeting Desktop Client.
Once the Desktop Client has loaded, you will see a Forgot Password option at the bottom of the Sign in screen.
Then Enter in your email address that is linked to your account. The username to Log In is actually the email which you would need to reset to in case you forgot.
Once you have enter in your email address and click okay, you will see this message.
In your email inbox you should have a email from us to reset your password. (Check all mail just in case)
Make sure to use an Uppercase Letter, Number, and Symbol in your password reset for best protection.
