If you have been experiencing disconnection issues with using your Video system, and it seem that its disconnecting at 10 or 15 minutes every time you are most likely experiencing TCP Timeouts.
TCP timeouts is a setting on the firewall that monitors connections and how long they can last. So if this setting is set for 120 minutes, then it is only set for two hours.
If you have long meetings then we would recommend extending the time for your longest meeting plus an hour. So you will never have to worry about the TCP timeouts reoccurring.
TCP timeouts is a common issues and simple to fix, if you need us to talk to your Firewall/Networking Team we would be more than happy to resolve the issue.
