If you have a ongoing support ticket with us, you can log on to the easymeeting.net ticket system to check the status of the ticket.
Just click the Sign in button and log in with your e-mail and password.
If you have an ongoing ticket with us and you're new to the help desk system, you'll need to reset your password to view the status of your ticket.
Clicking here and then clicking on the "Get a password link" on the bottom left.
