Below is the recommended configuration to connect your TWS Video System to two displays through one HDMI and one VGA connection. If your second display does not have a VGA connection, please see the bottom of this article or visit our article on "My secondary display does not support VGA".
When content is being shared, it will present the meeting participants on "display one" and the Presentation will be on "display two".

When content is not being shared, the meeting will be in display one and the near camera (self view) will be in display two.
How to configure from web interface:
Go to Systems Settings > Video
For configuration on display one
Go to Video Out
Select Display Mode Config
(With Presentation In Conference)
Set the Default mode to FULL FAR
For the secondary display
Set the Default mode to FULL FAR
For the secondary display
Go to Video Out Select Display Mode Config
(With Presentation In Conference)
Set the Default mode to Full Presentation
Set the Default mode to Full Presentation
Also, you will have to make sure that the first and second displays have defaulted to HDMI and VGA.
To do so go to:
For Display 1: Video > Display 1 > Config Interface > Video Interface > HMDI
For Display 2: Video > Display 2 > Config Interface > Video Interface > VGA
