For users on Internet Explorer, you'll need to make sure your browser is up to date and has flash player installed.
You can check to see if you have the latest flash and how to enable it in your browser here.
Additionally, some users run into problems with Internet Explorer's ActiveX® plug-in. We recommend disabling the plug-in so that you may send and receive video in your EasyConference room. See below for an example of who to turn off ActiveX® plug-in Filtering on Internet Explorer.
