To ensure that you have the best possible conferencing experience we advise you to consider the physical conditions of the room where you place your video conferencing system and display.
The lighting in your environment is the most important component for optimal image quality. The camera of your video conferencing system should adjust according to normal light. Indirect light from shaded sources or reflected light from pale walls often produces good results. Direct light and facing the camera towards large windows will create shadows or make it hard for the camera to adjust as needed.
Be sure to position your video system near your display, so you give other participants in your meeting the illusion you are looking at them when you are looking at the camera and tv display.
