Please note: When a user on a PC or Mac are causing the audio issues - they will not be hearing any feedback issues - as it is caused by their microphone reverberating the noise from their speakers.
To qualify who is causing an audio issue, have one participant at a time mute their microphones and see when the sound subsides.
1. Identify the computer causing the audio stability issue.
2. Have this user use headphones, or an external device to help with the echo cancellation issue.
3. Or, simply have all users mute their microphone if they are not speaking.
