Description
Yealink VCS support h264HP and setting up a 1080P full HD video call based on 1 megabit bandwidth. But when viewing the call statistic, the bandwidth consumption is always more than 1 megabit.
Cause
1 megabit is minimum bandwidth to setting up a 1080P video call. When the bandwidth is surplus, Yealink VCS will use the bandwidth to send more clear video.
Resolution
If customer want to limit bandwidth usage for Yealink VCS, it can be done in menu basic->bandwidth. Or in web interface Setting-> Call feature->Uplink Bandwidth.
The Downlink Bandwidth is for limiting receiving from the other side.
If the bandwidth is sufficient, to guarantee video call quality there is no need to change the configuration.
