If you are having issues with your Contact list, follow the steps below.
These steps are the same from the Browser and Download versions.
Easymeeting Desktop Client
Once you have a logged into the Desktop Client, navigate to the "Search / Dial / Add" box, located in the top left hand corner.
Start by either searching the Name of the person, Desktop Client Number or Email address.
Once you have search the person you are trying to add by any of the methods above. You will then click on the Person in the list generate from the search.
When you click on the persons profile it brings a small menu under that contact for you to either add by click the Person with a + sign, or by select the star which would add the person's contact to your Favorites.
Once you have added the contact, if you click on there profile under your contacts page, you will see the menu under the contact which now has more options for you to do.
The options are as following,
Pencil/Pen which allows you to edit the name for the contact.
Trash Can which allows you to delete the user from your contacts.
Star which allows you to add the contacts to your Favorites.
Message Bubble which allows you to chat with the person. ( keep in mind if the user is Grey'd out they will be unable to Chat or Call)
